Annika Larsen is married to advocate and legal consultant Anton Katz. Larson praised her husband for the care he put into a case on Twitter on 14 June 2018. 

They have two children, Joseph and Milo. Her dog, Wanda, appeared on national television on 18 May 2020. Broadcast journalist Annika Larson resides in Cape Town.
