Marriage is a significant moment for everyone, but celebrity weddings hold a special place in the industry and are enjoyed by their fans. Just like in the March 2024 celebrity wedding, this month also had more celebrities getting hitched. Twilight actress Elizabeth Reaser married musician Bruce Gilbert, Family Secrets producer Matt Kaplan tied the knot with podcast host Alex Cooper, and Guiding Light star Kimberly J. Brown wed actor Daniel Kountz.

Elizabeth Reaser and Bruce Gilbert
Elizabeth Reaser, who played Esme, the main lady in the vampire movie series, just shared that she secretly got married to her now-husband Bruce Gilbert in a small Italian wedding in August 2023.
“Originally, we were making these huge lists of people to invite but we realized pretty quickly it didn’t feel right for us,” Elizabeth told Vogue in an article published April 4. “We decided to elope instead, with a couple of friends as witnesses.”
At her wedding, there were only three guests: Megan Ferguson from Gossip Girl, along with her husband Nico Evers-Swindell, and Sarah Paulson. Sarah Paulson’s partner, Holland Taylor was the one who conducted the wedding.
According to Vogue, Reaser and Gilbert started dating in 2017 when he was taking his dogs for a walk and Reaser was having a doggy get-together in her garden. Gilbert, who had met Reaser once before at a party eight years ago, asked for her phone number after being called over by her friend.
Then, during the summer of 2022, they decided to get married at Hotel Il San Pietro di Positano, which is on the beautiful Amalfi coast.

Alex Cooper and her husband Matt Kaplan got married on April 6, 2024, in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Alex, who hosts the show Call Her Daddy, told Vogue that Matt helped a lot with planning, so she didn’t feel too stressed. She said, “Matt handled almost everything, so I was pretty relaxed. Matt’s really good at planning and making things happen, so I trusted him to make everything perfect. I helped with little things, like choosing the cake flavor, but Matt did most of the work, and it turned out great.”
Their wedding weekend, organized with the help of Bash Please, started with a welcome party on April 4, where they had drinks on the beach with their guests. On the morning of the wedding, Alex got ready with her closest friends, wearing a blue robe from her own Skims collection.

The couple got married in California on April 19th, with 92 guests, including actress Lacey Chabert, who was one of the bridesmaids. The wedding took place at the Spanish Hills Club in Camarillo, California. A woman named Kaylen Davidson from Sara Judith Events helped them plan their big day. Both of them loved how beautiful the club was, especially the view of the mountains.
They wanted their wedding to be elegantly simple, so they chose a soft color theme of white and blush pink, with a touch of black for a modern feel. The ceremony took place outdoors, under a pretty wooden arch adorned with flowers.
On June 26, 2022, they decided to get engaged, which was the same day they officially became boyfriend and girlfriend. Kountz asked the big question after they had a fun day riding swan pedal boats at Echo Park Lake in Los Angeles. As the sun was setting, he surprised Brown by taking her to the Griffith Observatory, where they had their first date.

Christina Hendricks and George Bianchini got married in a fancy wedding in New Orleans. The wedding happened at the Napoleon House on Saturday, April 20. Many famous people attended, like Matt Weiner, who made the show Mad Men, Christian Siriano, and Mae Whitman. Shirley Manson, who sings in the band Garbage, was the one who made the wedding official.
Christina Hendricks looked amazing in a white dress with long sleeves and lace, and she wore something on her head that matched. George Bianchini wore a suit with a special pattern.
That’s where they decided to get married because it was important to both of them before they saw each other.

Hendricks announced her engagement to Bianchini in March 2023, revealing they both proposed to each other. “We said yes!!! I will love and care for him forever. @steadig,” she wrote alongside a photo of them together.
In 2021, they met for the first time at a Christian Siriano show. Bianchini was an extra on Good Girls and was often in Hendricks’ social media posts. Before Bianchini, Hendricks was married to Geoffrey Arend for 10 years. They separated in October 2019.
